Toddlers need love and learning.
Toddler Program classrooms are carefully designed to be "surrogate home" environments where the young child's need for developmental stimulation and guidance is met, along with the need for physical and emotional security. In toddler programs you will see children practicing water pouring or sponging a table. At the same time you will see little ones being cared for, cuddled and comforted by teachers. You will see children discovering the phonetic sounds of language, or matching varying diameter cylinders to insets in a block of wood. Others will be getting a diaper change, having a fun snack with friends, or expanding their vocabulary by participating in an imaginative story. The goal of Toddler Programs is to help the children prepare emotionally and socially, mentally and physically for the greater levels of independent living and learning.
